To incentify member involvement in growing the Local Union, Local 464 has instituted an Organizing Incentive Program. The mechanics of the Program are as follows:

Any member of Local 464 can bring forward to the Local Union a tip for a workplace that needs Union representation, that is within Local 464’s jurisdiction (see below), and a contact person, or multiple contacts, from within that workplace.

Should the tip result in a Certification and ratified first contract, the individual who brought it forward will qualify for compensation, for the initial contact and any other involvement that...
