Passing of David Kozak

It is with our deepest regrets that we pass on the knowledge that Brother David Kozak, has passed away at the age of 86.  Brother Kozak served the members of Local 464 for 25 years, in various capacities, including Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer, as well as the President of Joint Council 36, a member of the Teamsters Canada Executive Board and International Vice President.

Brother Kozak's lovely wife, Donna, passed away just 2 months prior to Dave's passing.

All of us at Local 464 would like to pass on our sincerest condolences to the friends and family of Dave and Donna and ask that you all spare a moment in silent reflection for a man who gave so much to the membership of Local 464.
