Teamsters Education Week 2023

This October, Joint Council No. 36 held its first Education Week for Shop Stewards at the Inn at the Quay, in New Westminster, and it was quite the success! The Joint Council Education Week is an inaugural event where some of the top experts in Labour provide education in grievance handling, collective bargaining, legal and legislative updates, and more.  Congratulations to all attendees! We're already looking forward to next year.

Teamsters Local 464 celebrated its second annual Charity Golf Tournament at Golden Eagle Golf Club, on Sunday, September 11. On behalf of the Local, its Executive Board, and staff, I would like to congratulate the prize winners and thank our sponsors, the membership, and our friends who helped to make our Tournament a success. The Greater Vancouver Food Bank is a worthy charity, and they were pleased to receive a donation from our Charity Event.
