Nolan Balatti - Recording Secretary

Brother Balatti has been a proud Teamster for over 28 years and strongly believes unions hold an important place in Canada and beyond. He first witnessed the power and strength of unions during his very first union job at Weldwood Forest Products in Northern British Columbia.

Throughout Nolan’s years in a unionized environment, he has had the privilege of being mentored by many strong and dedicated Stewards who helped shape his understanding of solidarity, leadership, and worker representation.

Nolan believes strong interpersonal skills and meaningful relationships are key to achieving our goals and strengthening our membership. He looks forward to contributing to a strong future for Teamsters Local 464 and the Teamsters Organization as a whole.
